How are shipping costs estimated?
All packages are shipped UPS ground unless you select other
options that include next day, 2nd day or 3rd day rates. In
certain instances Lunabay Beauty reserves the right or may ship
USPS.
The cost to ship your item is based on total weight, the zip
code destination and type of service that is selected. We have
negotiated very competitive rates in all instances and those
savings are passed on to you.
What is the delivery time for my order?
All orders will ship a maximum of two business days following
the date your order is placed. For warmer months and climates,
we reserve the right to modify our ship schedule to insure you
receive your product is in excellent condition.
For UPS, shipping services are available as Ground and Express.
UPS Ground Services are as follows:
" UPS Home Delivery - Monday to Saturday 9 am to 8 pm
" UPS Ground Delivery - (specifically designated for businesses)
-Monday to Friday (by end of business day).
FedEx Express Services are as follows:
" 3 day Select - to a business by 4:30 pm and to residences
by 7 pm in 3 business days.
" 2nd day Air - to a business by 4:30 pm and to residences
by 7 pm in most areas in 2 business days.
" Next Day Air Saver - Next day business delivery by 3
pm to most US locations - by 4:30 pm to rural locations.
" Next Day Air - Next business day delivery by 10:30 am
to most US locations - by noon, 4:30 pm or 5 pm in remote areas.
How do I track my shipment?
If your order was either placed online or by phone and you entered
or gave us an email address, you will be notified under separate
cover by UPS of your tracking number. This will be sent to you
once UPS has picked up your order and has scanned it in the
system for delivery.
Simply enter this tracking number into www.UPS .com and this
will give you detail about your shipment.
If you didn't give us an email address, please contact our customer
service team at 866-988-9990.
When I place my order, is my credit
card information secure?
Yes, we have state-of-the-art encryption technology provided
by QuickSSL Premium certificate and do not keep any credit card
records on file.
Why do we request your telephone number
and email address when placing an order?
We ask for your email address and telephone number in the event
we need to get in touch with you regarding your order. Lunabay
Beauty will never sell your business or personal information
to third party users, this is kept strictly confidential.
In the event you deselect the newsletter option, we will never
contact you other than getting in touch with you regarding your
shipment.
What do I do if I want to return a
shipment?
We accept returns for completely unopened packages only. Just
contact us within 3-5 business days of receiving your shipment
explaining what went wrong and whether you would like a replacement
or credit to your charge card. We will ask you to return the
product to our attention, but unfortunately we are unable to
cover your shipping cost for exchanges!
Do you have a store location that I
can browse and buy?
Currently we do not have a store front for you to shop.
Do you offer 100% satisfaction on all
orders?
Yes, satisfaction is guaranteed on all products if you receive
your shipment damaged, broken or specifically we shipped the
wrong product. Please call us within 3-5 business days of receiving
your shipment.
Do you offer free shipping options?
Yes, for orders that exceed $90, we will ship free of charge
UPS Ground.
If I don't have or want to use a credit
card, are there other alternative payment options?
Yes, simply follow the steps by placing your order online and
printing out the page that provides us with your contact information,
items ordered, total due along with shipping and send us a check
to:
